FAQs

Learn About Our RV Park

What utilities are included at each site?

All sites include full hookups: water, sewer, and 50-amp electric service. If your RV requires 30 amps, you'll need to bring your own reducer/adapter to connect.

Do you offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates?

Yes! We offer flexible rates to fit your stay—whether you're here for a night or a long-term visit.

Is there Wi-Fi or cable TV at the park?

We do not provide free Wi-Fi or cable. However, Spectrum offers service in the area, and many guests use HD antennas for local channels.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome with a few rules: they must be leashed when outside, never left unattended, and aggressive breeds are not allowed.

How many vehicles are allowed per site?

A maximum of 2 vehicles per site. No trailers, boats, or unlicensed vehicles may be parked outside your pad.

Can I have a fire pit or open flame at my site?

No open fires are allowed in the park.

Are long-term stays available?

Yes! We welcome long-term guests with affordable monthly rates and well-maintained, quiet sites.

How do I reserve a site or check availability?

You can contact us directly or call us at 919-369-3254 to inquire about availability and rates.

Is there an RV service provider nearby?

Yes. A professional RV service operator is located within one mile of the park for repairs, maintenance, or inspections.

Quiet, clean, and easy to access. We only planned to stay a night but ended up extending our stay. Great place to relax and recharge! Rob KirklandAsheville, NC
