Welcome to McGee's Crossroads RV Park. We're glad to have you here. These rules help ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all. Please review and sign below to confirm you've received and understood the guidelines.

General Rules
Your stay with us is for a specified amount of time—daily, weekly, or monthly—as approved by management. This is not an automatically renewing arrangement. Management reserves the right to ask any camper to vacate at any time, for any reason. Campers asked to leave must do so within 24 hours of notification. Anyone remaining afterward may be considered trespassing.
Parking & Vehicles
- Maximum of 2 vehicles per site
- No parking on the grass or roadway
- Park only on gravel areas on each lot
- No storage of trailers, boats, or towable items
- No unlicensed vehicles, scooters, or minibikes
- Vehicles exceeding 2 tons are not permitted
- No vehicle maintenance is allowed on-site
Pets
- Pets must always be on a leash and accompanied
- No tying or staking pets outside
- Clean up after your pet immediately
- Aggressive or aggressive-appearing pets are prohibited
- Do not leave pets unattended outside
- No pit bulls are allowed
Noise & Fires
- Keep noise to a minimum. If your neighbor can hear it, it's too loud
- Quiet time is always enforced
- Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits — no open flames otherwise
Outdoor Storage & Campsites
- Only camping-related items (e.g., chairs, tables) may be stored outside, kept on your lot
- No pop-up canopies or enclosures unless attached to the camper
- No firearms, bows, or projectile devices allowed
- Tent camping is not permitted
- Decks, steps, porches, additions, etc., may not be constructed without written permission
- No utility buildings of any type are allowed
Rules and Regulations (Effective January 1, 2025)
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month
- Late after the 10th; $25 late fee applies
- Non-payment over 2 months will result in eviction
- Rent must be mailed or paid at the office (not responsible for mail delays)
- No out-of-state checks or cash accepted
- Accepted payments: credit cards and money orders
- Do not submit checks with prior NSF history
- Include lot number with payment; $15 fee applies to misidentified payments
Electric and Water Usage Policy
- Monthly camping fee includes electric service up to $80.00/month
- Usage beyond allowance will be billed; overages are due upon receipt
- Residents staying 30+ days must pay a $100 utility deposit
- Any unused portion will be refunded within 30 days of final reconciliation
Resident Registration
The downloadable PDF includes the resident registration fields (names, SS#, DL#), lot address (Benson, NC 27504), mailbox number and keys (deposit $25; replacement $10), and daily/monthly rental rates.
